MANAGING DIRECTOR

Steve Austin, P.E

Steve has over 30 years of industry experience in energy, automation, and utility optimization. Prior to TenXTL LLC., Steve served as the Manager of Engineering for Schneider Electric, the Managing Partner of the Foresight Group, a Principal Engineer for Glaxo Wellcome, and a complex energy studies preparer for Carolina Power & Light. Steve holds a MS in Mechanical Engineering from N.C. State University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in multiple states, a member of ASHRAE, and an author of several trade journal publications.

CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER

Nathan Harrington

Nathan has 25 years of experience in software startups, including building SaaS, industrial process control, and scientific instrumentation. As TenXTL’s fractional CTO, Nathan brings perspectives from his time at IBM developing massive customer management software, Wasatch Photonics developing software for Raman spectrophotometers and optical coherence tomography research systems, and now in the Biotechnology tissue engineering -helping build process control systems for Lung and Kidney R&D.

Stacy Dunn

Stacy is an experienced financial professional with a successful record in both start-ups and larger organizations. She specializes in strategic planning, cash management, systems development and implementation, cost reduction, budgeting, financial management, human resources, global business operations, contract management, and sales operations. Additionally, she has expertise in mergers and acquisitions.

EXECUTIVE CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Bruce Austin

Bruce is a highly skilled creative professional with over 30 years of experience in producing award-winning designs. He has a proven track record of displaying creativity, leadership, and initiative. Bruce is an expert in all major graphic design and publishing programs and is known for his excellent customer service and communication skills. Before joining TenXTL, Bruce worked in various industries, including manufacturing, packaging, digital, and publishing.

MANAGER OF SUSTAINABILITY DATA ANALYTICS

Leena Godbole

Leena has a background in the textile industry specializing in data driven process engineering, Lean Six Sigma, manufacturing business management, global textile sourcing, and project management. She holds an MS in Data Analytics and Informatics from UNC Greensboro and a BS in Textile Engineering from NC State. Her focus at TenXTL is solving big data problems using automation at all stages of the data process from gathering and wrangling to modeling and dashboards.

DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Caleb Carter

Caleb leads product development at TenXTL LLC, leading scale-up and process automation. Prior to TenXTL, Caleb has worked in sustainability across several industries, including biopharma, academia, and agriculture. He holds a degree in chemical engineering with a focus on sustainable engineering and energy systems from North Carolina State University.

SUSTAINABILITY DATA ANALYST

Emmanuel Ezinandor

Emmanuel is a data analyst at TenXTL LLC, where he supports sustainability reporting through data visualization, statistical analysis, and process automation. He has a strong background in transforming complex datasets into actionable insights with a focus on dashboard development. Prior to joining TenXTL, Emmanuel gained experience across the healthcare, finance, and pharmaceutical sectors. He holds a BS in Computing with IT Management and an MS in Cyber Security Technology from Northumbria University.
